- Hello and welcome
While in my very early 30’s and with 2 young children I began looking into how natural medicine such as homeopathy and flower essences could be used as alternative health care for my young family, It wasn't long before I realised there was so much more to this picture, and what I had discovered was just the tip of what was available. This got me really curious not only about natural well-ness but also in human nature . I simply fell into learning and studying, soaking up all the new information I could find on holistic health and spirituality.
As life goes, one thing lead to the next and what started out as an innate curiosity about alternative health has become my way of life.
The principal of being doing having has been one of my favourites throughout life. By being true to ourselves we will be drawn to do certain things in life that we have a natural talent at. as time goes by and life unfolds and we expand often that thing that drew our attention initially will most likely become our life's work, this process is directing our attention to and then highlighting our individual innate gifts, the universal byproduct is we have what we need in life.
As a facilitator and trainer in the field of alternative therapies I combine a practical common sense approach with new concepts and ideas, beneficial for personal growth. I specialise in techniques that expand your consciousness, assisting you to live your life with more energy, enthusiasm and purpose.

To feel young again, to access the place inside where being invincible and unlimited felt natural again. Pellowah gave me the energy to reach that part of myself once more. As a child my intuitive gift to feel others emotional pain left me open and sensitive. Having chosen a journey to experience a typical dysfunctional in their own way family, plus the additional crisis turning point of hurting my back when I was 15 years of age, life has been an extreme up and down experience.
Self realization being the highs and depression being the lows. Low self esteem has been my bed in which of course the victim and the saboteur happily kept me company.
A year ago I reached my lowest low at which point I knew it was time to get back to basics and learn to fully love myself. This part of my journey was slow, but something inside me knew if I persisted, something wonderful would happen, then of course I found Pellowah my life then started to accelerate in many forms.
Firstly I woke to each day with excitement and not depression. Next I asked the universe for a holiday and for the first time in my life I won a major amount of money $8000 to be exact. Then the ultimate gift of all was finding my soul mate on the evening of the eclipse night.
The adventure of life has returned, my bed that I now lay in is a bed of roses filled with love, beauty, strength and mystery which I am now content enough to share with happily.
Pellowah gave me a life line out of the dark well and continues to hold me safely as I challenge my own limitations. Annon

After having attended the Pellowah Workshops in Brisbane in July 09: The difference between “talking the talk” and “walking the walk” is Pellowah. The workshops truly helped me to make this connection and finally move forward with my life.
After the workshop, I feel so buoyant and uplifted. As much as I try to sink myself (my usual behavioural pattern) I just can’t. I’m bobbing on the surface happily observing life. Thank you Ensha. (I was going to add “like a seagull waiting for a chip” because truth be known that is how I feel ... knowing that the chip is coming, I don’t have to fight the pack)!!
Ensha gave me a mantra once “My life unfolds with ease and grace”. Bah humbug. But after doing the Pellowah workshops I must admit .... it does. Pellowah works.
Often you can see the blockages in your life but you somehow seem powerless to do anything about it. Pellowah gives you a sense of calmness and clarity. You are no longer emotionally overwhelmed by your issues but instead can look upon them with detachment and objectivity. The path forward becomes deliciously clear.
Pellowah actually clears away all the background noise so that you are left with a clear idea of your direction. It has helped me tremendously in my counselling work with others.
Ensha is like the kindly spirit who shines the lamp to guide you on your way – the Hermit from the Tarot deck. I am forever grateful for your gentle encouragement. My life is richer for our meeting.
Everything you read about Pellowah holds true for me. I was not necessarily a believer in energy work and yet I was drawn to Pellowah after my husband’s illness. I saw the affect Pellowah had on him. And so I attended the workshops. I have noticed changes in myself too numerous to mention but most of all it comes down to two little words “I Know”. Such empowerment from such simplicity.
And this is how I REALLY feel:
When I move my arms I feel they are in liquid light. I have a sense of my higher self inhabiting my body for the very first time. Even though my eyes are gritty and sore it is OK, because I know they are seeing for the very first time. Hearing, tasting, touching - all my senses are heightened. I feel a lightness of being and it is deliciously intoxicating.
