About Me

Pellowah is a beautiful, transformative healing energy that assists me in my work tremendously. Be it in the sacred garden of the earth surrounding me, energizing and healing plants or in my work with injured animals and birds.
I constantly weave Pellowah into my life and into the work I do with people who stay at my North Stradbroke Island cottage-style retreat. I have been a long time seeker of spirit, human potential, energy healing and vital health through self-care and self-education, learning from my travels, experiences & study, which is always ongoing.
I love growing organic food and bringing this life-force to the table. I like writing, walking on the beach, sunsets and sunrises, listening to nature, soulful connections with beautiful people and consciously walking softly on this earth.
As a Pellowah trainer it is an honour to pass this gift on to others.
